About
My research interests include technologically mediated communication, experience design, and participatory culture. My major project examines the use of social web tools during times of disaster (hurricanes, terrorism, earthquakes, etc.). My other work looks at the experience design of digital entertainment, as well as musicians and fan co-creation. I am also a practicing information architect and experience consultant (all of which is on LinkedIn).
